Pain! with a laugh!

I am still have time to take a jab at myself. Despite the exams, the pain. But I found this particularly damn funny. I showed it to Ms Petrina the pharmacist (my sis) and she was like, "hur hur." Obviously, she thought it was a stupid joke. Guess what she said after that?
