Melts in the mouth.

I was telling the darling brains, the meat melts. Ooh. It was yummy good. And the wine was fantastically good. It costs him a bit but it is something I wanna try. 

Celebrated Steph's birthday @ cicada this year. We went to Wessex Estate (Portsdown) to check out some nice eating place away from the Orchard crowd. We had gone down to Orchard earlier, it was crazily packed! Wanted to go Little Part 1 cafe but we couldn't find lots. We went to Pietrasanta to check out the menu. Then I reminded everyone that we celebrated Steph's 22nd birthday @ Da Paolo which was also an Italian restaurant. So we headed for Cicada. =) The server must be surprised we girls could eat so much. The 3 of us had portobello mushroom salad, angus beef tenderloin steak, poached cod fish, pesto seafood and sticky pudding with honey fig ice cream. We had initially ordered creme brulee but he advised against it. We insisted in the end... Cause he thought we wouldn't be able to finish it. Business wasn't that great the evening. Only 3 tables of customers. So it was really good service and ambience that evening! Had drinks @ Little Bali. Jul had the cough mixture this time round. Thank goodness for a good weekend. If not I will go crazy with your absence!
